    I visited BCCF this morning!

    WOD:
    4 rounds
    9 burpee tuck jumps
    9 HSPU
    9 pull ups

    + flutter kicks, planks and a 10 burpee cash out, YIKES.

    Let’s see about making it to yoga this afternoon! 🙂

    Bum knee, so did some tabata exercises I could do while sitting on my ass.

    Tabata sit ups, seated DB press, superman back extensions, and sit ups again. This wod looked miserable and the afternoon classes rocked out in the heat!

    7 rounds plus 390 meters of the run.

    Thanks Aja. I’ll be honest though… I pretty much had a personal chef (Mel) cooking up some awesome meals for me this last month. AND she went a WHOLE 30 days without Diet Coke so she’s pretty much a bad ass.

    that sucked. 4 rounds plus run. kicking myself for not getting up to do it in the morning like i should have, when it wouldn’t have been SO EFFING HOT.
