    7:15 for the row. My hamstrings were shot from the Oly seminar. I was hoping to break 7 min but the 3rd 500m killed me.

    I got another muscle up. So it was a good day.

    I PR’d on the 2k row. 7:30 previous best was 7:38. No muscle ups today, stupid mu.

    8:40 that suuuuucked but at least I was able to finish it with a bum knee.

    On a good note, lots of great sets on HSPUs and MUs in a row!

    Did a run & squat WOD at home tonight..

    100m run, 10 squats, 200m run, 20 squats…up to 500m run, 50 squats and back down. All the runs were 100m turn-arounds.

    Time: 20:13. I think I would’ve rather rowed a 5k.

    Chris M is a rowing champ. I’d put money on him against anyone else at any other affiliate. Absolutely killed it.
