Worked out at the gym down here in galveston… did some KB snatches, low bar back squats, and i may or may not have done a set of max reps body weight bench press. Sorry Rob.
WOD:
3 rounds of (30 kb swings, 20 pull-ups, 10 dips). Think i finished in around 7 minutes.
I did the Olympic Lifting Seminar on Saturday. It was four hours of fun. George is a great teacher/coach and I learned a ton. I would highly recommend this class to anyone and for only $25 it is a total steal. I PRed my squat clean by 30 lbs and that was after we had lifted for four hours.
I’ll echo Joel’s comments about the Oly Lifting class. Thanks George for your coaching and pointers, it helped me to a new PR on my Clean & Jerk by 10#.
Watching Rob do the Sat Metcon while we lifted inspired me to try that one out this morning in my WOD. Time : 15:29 Thanks for the push, Rob!
