    Not going to make it into the gym today, but I did just order a rope from Again Faster so practicing my double unders was already on the agenda for today.

    Did not end up getting my jump rope yesterday, boo. So did this WOD:
    50 squats
    25 push ups
    40 squats
    20 push ups
    30 squats
    15 push ups
    20 squats
    10 push ups
    10 squats
    5 push ups

    Also did some sprinting/jogging intervals for about 3 miles- got caught in the massive afternoon thunderstorm!

    had to go do this one and contrary to Vanessa’s comments of “oh its a short one”, it was not a short one for me…. never could catch my wind…
