    BS: 185-205-225-245-255-265 (PR!)

    Met Con: slower than your grandma at 11:20 but beyond pleased with 50 unassisted, nearly perfect (:)) ring dips! Thanks Matt and the other boys for the extra encouragement.

    Extra credit with Chris- 4 rounds of tire flips while the other person runs a 200 m dash

    BS: Up to 295 on the last one. Up 10 lbs from last week. New PR.

    MetCon: 7:44

    Also did a few tire flips and 200s with Aryan and Kevin afterwards. Good stuff.

    BS 305# PR; Met Con? didnt see my time.. Good WOD but the sit ups hurt my bottom….

    BS 65-85-105-115-120-120 (up 5 lbs from last week- new PR)

    metcon: almost as slow as your grandma at 10:20. the sit-ups hurt my bottom too.

    I feel as if there’s no preventing the raspberry bum with sit-ups. Terrible.
