    That one really was a toughie…I tried to tackle the 53 lb KB, but that didn’t go so well. Thanks Tricia for pushing me on that last set!

    Didn’t have time to make it to the gym so at home WOD:

    16 x 100 m dash on 1:00 (avg 20-22 seconds)

    Plus 4 x 1/2 mile sprints with 1/4 mile walk in between.

    Cash out: 50 push ups

    woof, i’m tired after this one.

    17:45 w/ 35lb KB. and cooling down with tabata planks is always a bonus 🙂
