Hang power clean: 95-105-115-135-145-155 (with bruises on my thighs to prove it!)
Met Con- 6:10 with RXed HSPUs and 20″ box (5 rounds- didn’t realize I did an extra round til afterwards)… Then burned put on 5 x 5 HSPUs afterwards
