    at least it’s just renegade rows and not renegade man makers… i almost had a heart attack walking in from lunch today, thinking it was those AND burpees…

    All HSPUs and ring dips unbroken, wahoo!

    Met Con- 9:19 with 30# DBs … Good combo Rob. I’ll be in the gym tomorrow if I regain feeling in my arms.

    Dan- renegade rows consist of a push up while holding dumbbells, then a separate DB row on both the right and left arm. That’s one rep.
