    Had to modify it for the equipment available to me. Lowest round of each is shown

    Tabata body weight rows (7)
    Tabata DB thrusters – 25# dbs (6)
    Tabata bench dips (8)
    Tabata burpees (4)

    You can never go wrong getting a harsh kick in the rear with Tabata anything, but this was by far the most brutal.

    Lowest rounds:
    thrusters (35# KBs)- 4
    ring dips (unassisted)- 2
    burpees- 4 (and a half? :))
    row- 796 (total calories)

    Great way to start of my Friday. And happy birthday to the numba one stunna Mel V!!!!

    Can’t think of a better way to kick off the bday than with some CFWH tabata bidness.

    Lowest rounds:
    Thrusters: 5 (20# DB)
    Ring dips: 3 (purple band)
    Burpees: 6
    Row: 742

    And Ryan paid me back for doing his birthday burpees in March. Woot.

    Happy Birthday MEL! It takes A LOT for me to get out of bed that early in the morning but for you it was well worth it (even with the Tabata craziness that ensued).

    Ring dips: 2
    Burpees: 4

    Plus twenty-something birthday burpees. =)

    This sucked but was fun in a sick twisted way. I knew it was going to be pretty painful when I wrote it but the sadist/mashocist in me loved it.
