We often see accessory work programmed consisting of trunk work, mobility, prehab/rehab, and even bodybuilding. Is this just to fill the hour, or is it important? 105 lbs on OH squat (so proud of this…it wasn’t bad…I got 115 lbs one time, but that doesn’t count)
