We often see accessory work programmed consisting of trunk work, mobility, prehab/rehab, and even bodybuilding. Is this just to fill the hour, or is it important? Great work out this morning. WOD 10:44 with 125 lbs clean and jerk. This will make the 50 cent beers at the horse races tonight taste that much better.

I did the workout on my own here in Houma, Louisiana. Based on the times I’m seeing, I guess my 400 meters was shorter than everyone else’s…
WOD 10:04 w/ 60 lbs. Hard to tell what weight to use without April or Mel right next to me!

Steph, if I remember correctly there is a Crossfit in Houma. They might have limited hours though.
