One on One Nutritional Coaching Available

We have many skills that we learn and practice in CrossFit. The most important skill is Nutrition. It is the base of the pyramid of hierarchy of development. Without a strong nutritional foundation performance, body composition and overall health will suffer.

Vanessa Goebel and Tricia Jackson are offering One on One Nutritional Coaching. Work on the most important skill by letting us help you develop a successful eating strategy.
