    its either 5:53 or 4:53! Great Short WOD….

    I really enjoyed this one! I was the last to finish in the last group this morning.
    I definitely pushed harder on the pull ups than I normally would have, since I had a room full of people waiting on me to start their tabata sit ups.

    12:18 or so – 45# bar and pink band.

    I had to leave early, so unfortunately I missed tabata sit-ups… At least that gives my body time to heal! And I missed kim’baysay burpees- happy birthday Kim!

    I like Heavy Fran a LOT better… It just starts my workout off right only rowing 500 m instead of 1000 :).

    Ryan & Steph straight tag teamed Jackie & did her wrong!

    Great work ladies & gentlemen on some LEGIT thrusters & pull ups…gotta give a shout out to all the kipp’ers out there too, swinging around like some bad@ss’s on that pull up bar! Way to go!!!

    My time was 14:38; I did the regular one, but wished I had realized heavy Jackie was with 500M row…I should have done that instead. Oh well, maybe next time. I loathe rowing but I suppose that’s why I have to do more of it. ;(

    i started out the day with tabata flutter kicks with the 430 class… followed by 27 birthday burpees (who’d let me forget?)

    heavy jackie- 9:something. that sucked and i’m sore today but i’m glad i did heavy!
