    WOD- 10:38; 20lb.

    Got 3 x 10 HSPUs unbroken!

    Met Con: 12:30 with false grip ring rows and 45# good mornings… False grip made it impossible to di more than 10 without slipping off. I sweated through my Converse shoes, seriously.

    Then tabata push up holds on the rings. As Aja says- “tasty.”
