    Deadlifts were not happening for me today! Great WOD! Though I about passed out even at 6am!

    DL – 300lbs (went to Crossfit Deep Ellum in Dallas yesterday and the WOD included a lot of deadlifts, so this was way tougher than it should have been)

    met con – 16:43, 53lb KB (I think I’m going to discover new places to be sore after the backwards running).

    KBs were great, the push ups were the suck.

    Deadlift – took it easy on my back and went up to 315.

    Metcon – 20:04 with 53# kb

    WOD: 17:45, 35lb kb. Only made it through 15 push ups before dropping to my knees.
