    Today’s speed WOD

    20 185lb push press
    40 burpee hurdles (jump laterally over a 12 inch hurdle on the clap)

    Important note: They don’t have racks so the 20 PPs start with a clean everytime the bar goes to the floor.

    @Jake – that’s a WOD from the Southwest Regional Qualifiers a couple weeks back. The top male time was 2:42. Ridiculous!
