Did Task Priority FGB today. Different experience:
3 Rounds
20 Wall Shots 20lb
20 SDHP 75lb
20 Box Jumps 20″ box
20 Push Press 75lb
20 Cal Row
Time 18:54
Rest 1 minute in between rounds. Interesting way of doing the FGB. The 20 cal row took a toll.
