    Push Jerk – 75# (up 10# from about a month ago)
    Met Con: 8:41, 20″ box (I’m skeered of that 24″ box V.!)

    Also, I ran the Texas Exes Longhorn Stampede 5k this past Saturday and finished 1st in Female Masters with 23:03. Yay me.

    Killer 5K time Nichole! Congratulations.

    Push Jerk- 95-115-135-155-175

    Met Con 8:10 (24″ box). My arms were like jelllllllo after those push jerks! Good combo Rob :).

    Also- congrats to Reese on his first MUSCLE UP!!!!!

    Push jerk: 65-85-95 (no go)- 90 – then 1 at 95.

    Met con: 8:02 or so with a 20″ box and STANDARD push-ups!!

    Congrats on the muscle-up Reese! Knew you could do it!

    PJ: 205(1) – worked on the split jerk for the first time today and it felt pretty good

    MetCon: 6:22- I jumped over the 20″ box instead of doing 24″ box jumps since we had so many people doing the 24’s today.

    Congrats Nicole.. awesome time.
