Just left the CFWH lunch presentation at LNC today. With the exception of the horrendous squat photo of me in the slideshow, Rob, Tricia and Vanessa did an amazing job explaining fitness and paleo/zone! Way to go! 🙂

I’m not sure I really remember my time, but I think it was 11:something. I went light on the weight 115# since I hurt my back. Surprisingly, my back felt fine. Yay!! I did most of the ring dips with no band…and I think I actually did 8 rounds because I lost count. Since I wasn’t sure, I did an extra round just in case.
