    This was much more challenging that I thought. I grabbed way more poker chips than I actually used! LOL!

    I can not turn my neck to the left at all…OUCH! I pulled something on my PP! Maybe should have skipped today’s Met Con??

    85# for the push press. I had back trouble with this WOD and had to take some breaks, but I did 5 rounds + 1 KB swing.
