Met Con: 12:11 (actually ran 1.2 miles)
Extra Credit:
I did 6 sets of 5 ring dips…all sets were VERY slow – especially that 6th set – and only did 1 of the 5 standard on last set…had to do 4 kipping. Thanks for the advice Rob…I took all 6 sets VERY slow and as a result…I completed all 6 rounds of 5!
Also – 4 rounds of 3 HSPU (first set didn’t require kipping, but remaining sets did). Felt good to do this after the ring work as my arms were wiped.

15:?? on the WOD- held 2 x 12# DBs with straight arms on the sit ups… This was a hugeeee slow down for me but a great shoulder burn! Aja held 2 x 15# DBs for sit ups.
Congrats Vanessa! Glad you mastered those ring dips :).
