    Deadlifts – 295#, my grip is still my weak link

    WOD – ~8:40 as rx’d, I kinda forgot my exact time
    wallballs severely broken. double unders progressing nicely, but not there yet

    DL: 175- still rehabin’ the back
    MetCon: 8:28 w/ a 20 lb ball and the monsterous 30″ black box. I almost ate it on the very first box jump but somehow i pushed through. That thing is a BEAST.
