    My shoulders were really sore today…just doing the warm up was tough! So glad tomorrow is my rest day!

    1st 10 were C2B! then I hit a wall… Vanessa rocked the WOD C2B with no problem!

    Sounds like a hard WOD today! I went to crossfit Houma today. It was a good workout, but I did miss CFWH!

    AMRAP in 20 min:
    400 m run
    7 push press
    10 windshield wipers

    I did 6 rounds with 45# bar on the push press. Windshield wipers are hard!

    Wod: 12:?? With chest to bar pull ups- and an extra 750 m row at the end (not included in time)

    This WOD completely broke me down. I haven’t struggled this hard in a long time, even though my hands ripped. I struggled to make contact with my chest for each and every rep.

    Thank you Crossfit gods for this humbling experience. Like I told Ana yesterday, sometimes you have to be broken down on a WOD to appreciate the good days and get stronger.
    Also did rowing sprints, running sprints, and a burpee/ hang clean WOD after this.

    @Steph…Monday’s WOD was my breaking point…it really did break me! I loved it though…those humbling experiences make you stronger!

    I also struggled with the chest to bar…I took more breaks on my pull ups than I have ever taken before…but I really wanted to do chest to bar…so away I went!

    BTW…I ripped my hand on this one too! Just one rip…not as bad as Steph Do’s hands…gosh, I have never seen anything like that!

    Today, I am MOST sore from the GHD sit ups I did after this WOD…OMG, my abs are SOOOOO sore!

    I forgot my 500m extra credit row (1:58) at the end which pales in comparison to all the craziness Steph did!

    But hey, it was my fastest yet! 🙂
