Crossfit Strong WOD:
2 rounds
500m Partner slam ball throws (25# ball)
75 Push press (45#)
OH walking lunge (20#)
That’s right people I did 150 PP with a 45# bar (the RX for the DUDES). As soon as the coach asked which girls could do that much weight, my arm shot up almost involuntarily. CFWH confidence is magic, I tell ya! 🙂
I met some really nice people today, but I defintely missed our gym’s mojo!
