    Had to do a modified Karen

    150 DB thruster – used 25# DBs
    9:39
    Previous time – 9:51 with 20# ball

    Not sure how it all balances out…using heavier DBs, but don’t have as long each rep without waiting for a ball to reach the line and fall back down. Either way I felt better this time then the last, so happy with that improvement
