We often see accessory work programmed consisting of trunk work, mobility, prehab/rehab, and even bodybuilding. Is this just to fill the hour, or is it important? ~ 1:00 rest in between. I think my times were (~0:17, 0:39, 1:47, 4:20, 1:57, 0:49?, 0:17)
Times are less than ideal, but I still give myself a gold star for doing them. Not feeling so hot this morning…
Then Tabata ring dips (7, 6, 4, 3, 3, 3, 2 (ok ok, 1.5), 3?)– I think. Working on the kip. Aja was a baller as usual.
