    WOD with Aja (and Rob with his evil stopwatch) this AM:

    “Sprint Ladder”
    100 m dash
    200 m
    400 m
    800 m
    400 m
    200 m
    100 m

    ~ 1:00 rest in between. I think my times were (~0:17, 0:39, 1:47, 4:20, 1:57, 0:49?, 0:17)
    Times are less than ideal, but I still give myself a gold star for doing them. Not feeling so hot this morning…

    Then Tabata ring dips (7, 6, 4, 3, 3, 3, 2 (ok ok, 1.5), 3?)– I think. Working on the kip. Aja was a baller as usual.

    i’ll make this one up sometime… i really need to work on box jumps and to not be afraid of the 20″ plyo box… but currently my tailbone will not allow much of anything :-/
