Special Hero WOD

4 Rounds for Time

400m run
20 Chest to bar pull-ups
20 wall ball shots (20#/14#)
20 burpees

We will run this WOD twice tomorrow. Once at 12:30 and once at 1:30.

We ordered a Memorial Coin that we will display at the gym. And we will be sending a check to the fund from CFWH on behalf of all the athletes of CFWH.
