    Ouuuccchhhh- Vanessa’s and Justin’s time from the morning class did this no justice! Good job guys!

    WOD- 18:32 with 35# farmer carry/35# OH lunges/65# power cleans (subbed for the KB swings)

    I’m going to go stretch my forearms now.

    WOD: 10:19 (I think)…35 lb KB for swings and 25 lb plate for lunges

    This was a great one…kept your heart rate up the entire time and broke a great sweat! Tomorrow is my rest day…my body is telling me that is a good thing!
