    Congrats to Chris M for getting his first muscle up and quoting Old School in the process! I can’t decide which is more awesome the muscle up or the Old School quote.

    Global gym WOD:
    200m run; 20 push press (40#); 400m; 40 squats; 800m; 80 sit ups; 400m; 40 squats; 200m; 20 pp = 16:04 (down 3:15 from October).
