    Yayyyy Heather!!!

    Pull ups: (no weight)-(3#)-(5#)-(5#)- (no weight)

    Met Con: 10:14 (45# thrusters instead of the KB swings)– those ring push ups made this wayyyy worse than Jackie.

    PU: got up to 45 lbs for 3 reps on the last set

    MetCon: 7:17 – subbed a whopping 17lb thruster for the KB swings to take it easy on the low back. Felt good to get moving again though.
