I find it sort of ironic I got my first muscle up today– lately I’ve been reading motivational quotes each day to help focus on my training, and life in general. This is the one I picked today:
“If we did all of the things we are capable of doing, we would literally astound ourselves.” -Thomas Edison.
So true- I was literally in shock after I did it, but now just hungry to set more goals. So-
set goals!!! Pick something to reach for so that you can surprise yourself too :).
