We often see accessory work programmed consisting of trunk work, mobility, prehab/rehab, and even bodybuilding. Is this just to fill the hour, or is it important? Did this at open gym on Sunday with Alicia and April:
WOD 1: 7 rounds + wall shots (14#) + 5 DUs
WOD 2: 5 rounds + run (with 65# PP)
