That sounds like an awful WOD. Good thing you all rested during Murph yesterday! If someone wouldve pulled this when I went, I may have cried.
Doing my CF WOD in the hospital this morning: lunging up and down the hallway (40 steps, ~25 seconds?) when my sister decides to kick me out of her room when having an especially painful contraction. I’m up to 160 so far.
