    Visited CrossFit Central London today – way, way cool box – both the location, the set-up and the people. Brian (the owner) was incredibly welcoming… and he MIGHT just compete with Rob for WODs…

    Today’s WOD was WOD 1 of the UK & Ireland Sectionals taking place this weekend:

    50 DU

    40 DU

    I breezed through the DUs and G2OH… but those toes to bar REALLY took it out of me! I NEED to practise those AND K2Es too!

    Going back Friday (they’re doing WOD 3 of the sectionals).

    Extra credit- and I dare you all to try this- 4 x max effort hand stand holds on the wall with 1:00 rest in between. Chris timed us and I think I did 1:10, 0:55, 0:50, and 1:00.

    i’m dumb. i didn’t see my time. at all. not even a glance. 60# on shoulder press. probably shouldn’t have done those max handstand holds and muscle up progressions *before* the workout.
