Did WOD 3 scaled because I suck at Snatches. I did it in 14:14. I suspect a few will get this in sub 10:00 with the bulk being in the 10:00 to 14 range.

I did Wod 2 Rxd and it was a challenged…. my 2d round was pretty dicey my time was 7:29… Thank you Rob for letting me try this wod… Mo u rock those burpees like they were nothing.
