We often see accessory work programmed consisting of trunk work, mobility, prehab/rehab, and even bodybuilding. Is this just to fill the hour, or is it important? I did this wod in 7:2ish. After that I did the WOD #1 for sectionals 2000m row and 275lb dead lift. I completed the row in 7:20 and did 7 deadlifts, probably could have done more but I am headed to Mexico and didn’t want to push it to bad. That would have given me a total time of 6:45 for that WOD.
