We often see accessory work programmed consisting of trunk work, mobility, prehab/rehab, and even bodybuilding. Is this just to fill the hour, or is it important? yeah, my legs are so sore. and it’s only really one that hurts a lot. left knee started hurting during cindy, so had to shift weight to the right leg… boo. i knew it would be worse today than it was yesterday. so i guess my karen will be tomorrow.

CF Endurance WOD:
4 x 200m run, 60 sec. rest between (:43, :42, :42, :43)
2 x 400m run, 60 sec. rest between (1:37, 1:41)
There was one more thing I was supposed to do for this WOD but it confused me, plus I was certain that I would be eating asphalt if I pushed these sticks any further, so I skipped it!

Still tapering slowly for the competition this weekend…
But came in to work out with the new jump ropes. Got my new PR- 48 unbroken double unders :). Sure it pales in comparison to Ryan’s 95, but still pretty pumped!
