I think my legs have decinigrated underneath the skin. It should be hard to walk tomorrow taking that into consideration. Good thing they have chairs at Yard House.

That’s awesome Kristen! Watching the clock is the hardest part for me when doing tabata by myself so I am totally using this in the office for my pushups and squats!
