    Met Con: (30#) 5 rounds + 1 row (got Matt by the 1 row!)

    Double unders definitely got the best of both of us today. You were great at pacing against today though!

    Worked up to 135 on the OHS

    Metcon: exactly 6 rounds w/ 35# kettle bells….i still say that wasn’t fair! And don’t give me that “Sometimes life isn’t fair” crap Rob!

    I feel ya Chris….Rob made me use those things when we were doing man-makers in a WOD a while ago. Not fun.

    OHS: worked up 85 lbs – taking it easy on the back
    WOD: 6 rounds + 8 pull-ups using 30 lbs DB’s
