I did CF endurance today. The workout was 20 minute Time Trial. I rowed 5275 m in the 20 minutes. Not bad. Hope everyone is having a good weekend. Now back to studying for a potential fields exam on Monday. 🙁

I did 2 out of the 3 competition WODs today. Crazy Vanessa and Chris both did all 3 workouts. Aja did 2 (his first competition ever!) and Ryan competed in 1. We all did awesome I think- definitely found some new strengths and weaknesses, personally. But we all repped CFWH well :).
Woke up from my nap and remembered the push up challenge. I considered
not doing them, giving the excuse of those competition WODs today, but decided in all that time of making excuses not to do them, I probably couldve done them :), lol. So I did.

WOD 1: 21-15-9 of [row for calories, KB swings (53/35), Push press (95/65)]
WOD 2: 25 Deadlifts (275/185), 300 m sandbag run (100/ 55), 25 knees to elbows, 300 m overhead run (?/ 45), 25 toes to bar, 300 m farmers carry (53/35 in each hand)
WOD 3: ground to overhead anyway- 4,000 pounds for women, 6,000 for men + 5 burpees on the minute every minute until the reps were complete (most men chose 100# at 60 reps or 135# at ? reps and most women chose 65# at 62 reps or 80# at 50 reps)
Phew! I think that’s right. That middle one was the endurance- power grip struggle, but of course they all had their challenges. Good day of Crossfit!

The women’s sandbag carry was 50# and the M OH Carry was 75# for the middle WOD. In additiion on the the second WOD, there was a 3 burpee penalty for each instance of setting the weight down in the OH Carry and Farmers Carry. The burpees were payable at the end of the WOD and included in the time. I think the average was around 21 burpees.
