    at crossfit boulder:

    a fab 40 workout!

    400m row
    40 double unders
    40 straight leg deadlifts
    400m row
    40 abmat situps
    40 goblet squats (thanks for the squat work at cfwh… my squats were the best in there!)

    not my computer… i wasn’t done… continued:

    40 jumping pull ups
    400m row

    weights were 65# for dl and 12kg for goblet squats (had to preserve my legs for snowboarding!)

    at altitude, finished this in just over 16 minutes. tried to do gwen(?) afterwards but was so tired that i only got through 8 c&j at 65#

    i have a red shirt for you, rob!
