Learning the form for the presses. I finished with 135×5 today and it felt easier than the 95 that I started with. Also I was 2 mm from getting my first muscle up. Next monday is muscle up monday.

    I just noticed that my almost-max (b/c I failed at 4th 65) is Vanessa’s warm-up round! Niiiiiice.

Today’s endurance challenge a success! 2 laps at memorial=5.8 miles! New pr. 47 mins. Surprisingly it was calf cramps and chaffing that hurt, not the wind. Any advice on preventing chaffing or cramps are welcome! Good feeling!

I think the product Steph was talking about is Body Glide. Finish Strong has it or any running store.

    Nice work Jake! Excellent time.

PP: 85-95-105-115 (push jerked it first set-so did 5 correctly)-125

Realllllllly tried hard on my muscle up attempts, but no cigar. I’d say I’m almost there, about 3/4 of a muscle up :).
Almost only counts in hand grenades and horse shoes though. Isn’t that how the saying goes?

Jake- I really like this anti-chafe glide gel a friend told me about before my last race. Can’t remember the brand, but it looks like a small, silver deoderant tube and you can find it at any sports store.
