I started out to heavy on the OH squats. Did 95 first set then had to back all the way down to 65 and start my progression. Oh well live and learn.
Metcon 9 rounds. The Deadlifts get heavy in the end.

OHS – 95/115/125/135/140(4)
I have had some type of pain in my stomach area the last few days, so I didn’t do the Metcon, but will hopefully hit tomorrow’s hard. Sure wish I had a rower in my garage, that would be sweet…
