    Deadlift 335×3 365 failure not bad. met con 5+some, but I got all the handstand pushups with only one mat.

    Skill work today (to take it easy on the back):

    -1,000 single unders & 200 double unders

    -6 x 1:00 of handstand holds (not as easy as i thought it would be- awesome shoulder burn!)

    worked up to 325 on the deadlifts and then went on to a single rep max of 355, previous pr was 340

    did the WOD with no abmat for 3 rounds and 1 abmat for 2 rounds 4:26
