This was a tough one for sure– especially the CTB pull ups. That’s definitely a skill on my list from now til Sectionals.
I definitely wasn’t into this WOD, but I’m glad I was out of my comfort zone. 3 rounds + thrusters + 7 pull ups. Vanessa killed me with almost 2 more rounds!
The afternoon WOD at Bayou City consisted of:
400 m run
——-
3 rounds of:
7 Squat Cleans (105/155)
14 box jumps (20″/24″)
7 burpees
———
400 m run
11:59. Need to work on faster transitions. Definitely room for improvement and I can’t WAIT to do one of these again!
