    i did a lot of barefoot running drills in Kenya but it seems like a lifetime of heel striking is going to take a long time for me to correct!

    No excuses for this one- but it’s certainly good motivation to keep working on my weaknesses. Sarah was right- 3 rounds looked a lot easier on the board!

    Metcon: 5:30 (35# db’s)

    my metcon didn’t include the 200M runs this morning b/c of all the rain. I did 15 burpees instead. Not sure that was a smart idea combined with the SC’s and after the ME BS’s, but it is what it is. My legs are going to be like jello tomorrow.

    125# back squat (tried 135 but failed) and 8:08 on WOD with 1 round 20# and the rest 15#
