I really need to work on my push jerk…I am dissapointed in myself with this time and outcome of this WOD…I will be on crossfit.com studying the push jerk today.

WOD – 7:17 @ 135. Man my presses sucked, but I think I may have figured out the push jerk. I will be playing around with it till it feels a lot better.

Felt good the whole way through– definitely should have sped everything up to cut some time though (genius, Ryan ;)). Thanks to everyone for cheering me on since I went solo!
Working on muscle up progressions– knees on the ground, knees on a box and fully extended arms, and then finally feet just hanging on the box with knees off. Got in some good technique work today! Check out the video tutorial on againfaster.com (page 6 or so) for a good example!

Folks, your times and weights are amazing on this workout. I was so lame at this yesterday. Somehow burpees always slow me down to molasses speeds. Need to work on those.

yep, the burpees killed me… 7:50something @80#. the blister on my hand that i thought taping would suffice for protection also slowed me down… boo.
