145/15/175/185/200 – what was awesome was the 200 lbs three times was not bad…I AM getting stronger! YAY!
Met Con: 5:07 (35#&20″) – 35 lb dumb bells SUCKED!
Harrison dead lifted 505 lbs this morning one time…OMG! That is freaking amazing!
Had a great work out with Stacy this morning…She IS as strong as an ox!

DL: 185-205-225-245-265 (definitely had some left in the tank– it felt great)

It’s awesome to see everyone getting so strong– this afternoon was filled with people hitting new PRs left and right. High five to James and Rusty who aced their DL form today and pulled some big numbers :).

Oh AND awesome work to Jake for pulling the biggest DL at the 6 pm class. You rock :).
Also had fun introducing Ila and Alicia to the fire hose for the first time. Nice way to round out the muscle fatigue from the WOD.

Thanks Steph. I need to be challenged sometimes. I love the WODs like yesterday that are quick. I can actually keep up!
