    One of my favorites! Very excited to try this out RXed for the first time.

    16 rounds + 5 PUs + 1 push up

    Chest-to-ground push ups will be the death of me…. probably only did about 80% of mine to CF standard :/ but they’re feeling better and better everyday.

    Oh, and since Melissa doesn’t post on here, I’ll brag on her: 18 full rounds with the thin blue band for pullups! Excellent job.

    You need to start posting those awesome times on here! (And also, learn to kip ;). Vanessa and I will help you out!)

    Ok, this was one of my favs too! It was great to do it RX and not use a band on the pull ups. Now, only having to do 5 pulls up in each round is very nice! LOL!! Need to work on my push ups…really a tough part of this work out…

    Yes, Melissa kicked some serious butt this morning! Very impressive!!

    I did 15 rounds + 5 pullups. PR by 3 rounds (not bad.) Goal was to not come off the bar during pull-ups and to straight set the squats. Which I did. I really need to work on my pushing strength (push-ups, shoulders ect.) I will get better. Huge blood blister on right hand, but no worse for the wear.

    Great job everybody. This used to be one of my favorites. The last couple times haven’t really been kind to me:(. I did 17 + 5 pull ups. Which is one full round less then my previous PR:(.

    Push Up Challenge next month!!!!! Yes, this is foreshadowing!!

    Morning run of 10 miles

    WOD: 14 rounds + 5 pullups – Rx – with nice torn hands for extra credit!
    Yep, that’s right, 75 (or maybe 70, see below!) pullups!!! Aaaah yeah…

    (for some reason i think it may have been 13?? those poker chips are too advanced for my math ability)

    WOD: 16 rounds exactly.

    Really thought I had more than this, but PR by 1 round. Pushups were better than last time I did Cindy.

    Extra Credit: DU work trying to get 10 straight. Had to do about 60 before I hit that mark and the last set, I did 15 straight.
