    WOD (from the 2009 Africa Regional Qualifier):

    Row 500m

    2 Rounds of:
    20 pull-ups
    20 thrusters (65lb M/45lb W)
    Run 400m
    20 kb swings (53lb M/ 35lb W)
    20 box jumps (24″ M/20″ W)

    Same WOD as Ryan-

    19:30ish? Vanessa beat me by about a minute. Even though I cuss the whole way through these long ones, I really like them :).

    Plus I made up my shoulder press:
    65-75-85-95-105 (3) so went down to 85(10)

    This one hurt after the WOD.

    Steph…you are so strong! 85 pound shoulder press 10 times! WOW! I was happyto get that three times! You are awesome!!!
